A motorcylist has found unlikely internet fame after a car driver was filmed running over his foot.

Bruce Clark was attempting to move between lanes of traffic on a dual carriageway when the driver in a car to his right was so angered by the manouvre he charged across the biker’s foot before launching into a foul-mouthed rant.

Clark, an IT support technician, captured the shocking incident on his helmet camera on his way to work in Slough, Berkshire.

Initially Clark revs his engine to make his presence known to nearby drivers after passing a black Mazda and coming to a halt between a yellow and a silver car as there is not enough room for him to weave through

Initially Clark revs his engine slightly to make his presence known to nearby drivers after passing a black Mazda and coming to a halt between a yellow and a silver car as there is not enough room for him to weave through to the front of the traffic jam.

However, when the vehicles begin to move the Mazda gives very little space to Clark… and runs over his foot.

‘Back, back, back!’ the biker yells in panic as his foot is squashed  – but he believes at first that the incident was just an accident.

However when they draw up side by side further down the road, the Mazda driver calls out from his vehicle, pointing at him angrily, ‘Hey fatboy! Is there a third lane here? I don’t think so. Stop barging in and being aggressive.’

In editing the video afterwards Clark has inserted the caption: ‘Aggressive? Like using a 2 ton car to try and kill someone?’

But in the video he retaliates by crying, ‘You ran over my foot!’

Yet the driver simply responds by shouting, ‘F**k off, f**k off!” adding that he ‘doesn’t give a f**k’ that he ran over the man’s foot.

His rant continues in this vein before taking it further with the extended insult, ‘F**k off you w****r fat a******e.’

‘You’re calling me fat?’ Clark cries in disbelief – adding in his caption that he admits he’s a ‘big guy’ but clearly that was all the ‘useless waste of skin’ could call him.

‘Well this is going on YouTube tonight,’ the biker tells the worked-up driver, tapping the camera, ‘and I’m going to report this to the police.’

But all his nemesis can say is ,’F**k off you w****r,’ before Clark rides off.

Fortunately his foot survived the incident. He wrote on YouTube – where the video has been highly popular – ‘Boot took must of the damage but leg got pinned against the footbar by his bumper. Leg is a little sore but I am OK’.

However, despite reporting the incident to the police and giving them both his statement and the video, Clark revealed yesterday he has yet to hear back.

Many YouTubers have given their full support to Clark, sharing their concern for his well-being and praising him for remaining so calm, reiterating that what he did was perfectly legal for a motorcyclist.

‘Ridiculous mate!’ one wrote, ‘You’re far more chilled than I would have been in that situation. Deliberately running over your foot!! I can’t think of anything more infuriating’

Another commented, ‘Big tough guy in a little car haha. What good did he get out of swerving at you? He disagrees with filtering but it’s OK for him to drive into you? He’s a f**king idiot.’

But some users have sided with the driver.

‘Be an a******e be treated like one. the way you were accelerating your motorcycle was just asking for road rage, even if lane splitting its legal where you live it has to be to safely, if you can’t fit don’t just annoy the other divers to let you thru’ (sic)

Clark defended himself by replying, ‘Filtering is legal and encouraged in the UK. Yes a little blip of the throttle may not have been called for but this is an area I am familiar with and many drivers text so I was merely making my presence known as that would be safe.’
